General Information

Check-In

Early check-in will take place at the San Jose Convention Center for all age divisions (18, 16, 14, 12).  You can check your team in at the tournament desk from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.  You will receive Tournament Information.

 

Additional Check-In

You can also check-in Saturday, February 16 at the San Jose CC for the 18’s & 16’s and at the Santa Clara CC for the 14’s & 12’s beginning at 7:30 AM.  Please be sure to check in before going to your court. 

We recommend that you check your team in on Friday, February 15th to avoid the possible long lines prior to your play beginning at 8:30 AM on Saturday. 

IMPACT Clinic

 

We have added an IMPACT Clinic on Friday, February 15, 2008 at San Jose Convention Center @ 6:00 PM.  New Deadline to register is February 11, 2008 @ Noon

Cost: $50

After deadline/or Walk up Cost: $80

Rules Clinic

There will also be a rules clinic on Friday, February 15, 2008 @ 7:00 PM.  This is a free rules clinic and all coaches and players are welcome to attend.  If you would like to attend, please fill out the rules clinic form and fax or mail it into the NCVA Office.  You can find the form in the Girls Handbook in the forms section.

USA High Performance

USA Volleyball will be conducting High Performance Tryouts on Friday, February 15, 2008 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at the San Jose Convention Center.  Check-in will begin at 4:00 PM. For more details, go to: http://www.usavolleyball.org/HighPerformance/default.asp

Coolers and Food

 

No coolers or outside food is allowed in the San Jose or Santa Clara Convention Center.  This is a site requirement, so please pass this information on to your team parents who are traveling to the tournament.
